My dream is to have a normal body, but in order to reach my dream I have to be strong enough to struggle against reality My body just keeps weakening, year after year after year. I think to myself, "What if I can't draw anymore, what if I can't play games  any more". At times I feel like I cant stand it any more, sometimes I cry alone at night so my parents don't notice. I wouldn't want them to worry. Struggling against reality shouldn't be done alone. Some people end up hating the whole world and most people in it. My life was always hard but, because of you I hardly noticed that it was. Every simple thing another person does can be done on their own. For me, all those simple things are done by you. The words "Thank you" aren't enough to show my gratitude. If I ever walk again I promise you with every fiber of my being that I will help you. I was alone and cold in the night of day.   No light in sight but the moon and stars on the right of the dark sickly sky.   Always jealous of the moon. For the moon was never alone, surrounded by the stars that glowed as bright. I am sleepless as yesterdays night returns to light. Drained of all might, I continue my life In spite of my exhaustion. Living a life filled with nothing but contradiction.   Will it ever end? Envy rises as I see everyone else shining like the moon, never alone. For once, let me be a part of that sky I have so yearned for.   I feel like a kite that has the sky in its sight only to reach the end of my string.
